Pontotoc hasn't had much luck against Lafayette recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Warriors will be playing in front of their home fans against the Commodores at 7:00 p.m. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Pontotoc 4, Lafayette 4) so any runs scored will be well earned.

Corbyn Clayton made a splash no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound, pitching one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Clayton was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.
