The West Wendover Wolverines entered their tilt with the Incline Highlanders with 17 consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with 18. West Wendover really took it to Incline for the full four quarters, racking up a 57-28 win at home. West Wendover has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 contests by 24 points or more this season.
West Wendover's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Osvaldo Carrillo, who scored 18 points along with eight steals and six rebounds. Carrillo is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed five or more in the last four games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Adryan Carlos, who scored 18 points along with seven rebounds and two blocks.
West Wendover pushed their record up to 21-4 with that victory, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season. They've been dominating during the games in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 29.7 points. As for Incline, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 18-7.
