After losing to the Bronson Eagles the last time they met, the Interlachen Rams decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Interlachen came out on top against Bronson by a score of 58-48 on Monday. The win made it back-to-back wins for Interlachen.
Interlachen found their leader in underclassman Raszir Phelps, who scored 15 points along with five assists. That's the first time this season that Phelps scored 15 or more points. Another player making a difference was Charles Bean, who scored 14 points along with two steals.
Interlachen has been performing well recently as they've won seven of their last nine matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 11-11 record this season. As for Bronson, they dropped their record down to 4-15 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Interlachen will take on Trenton at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bronson, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Oak Hall at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Oak Hall presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Bronson in Florida (Oak Hall is ranked 251st, while Bronson is ranked 617th).
