Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Bayside Academy). They took their game on Thursday with ease, bagging a 49-19 win over the Robertsdale Golden Bears. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest victory the Admirals have posted since November 7th.

Several Golden Bears players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Peyton Steele, who posted four points and six rebounds. Makayla Mitchell was another key player, putting up six points and five rebounds.

Bayside Academy's win bumped their record up to 6-7. As for Robertsdale, they have been struggling recently as they've lost nine of their last ten matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-13 record this season.

Bayside Academy won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Mary G. Montgomery at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Robertsdale, they and Elberta will face off at 5:30 p.m. on Friday without much rest having both just played. Robertsdale is facing Elberta at the right time seeing as Elberta is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
