Riverside Academy is 8-1 against West St. John since October of 2015 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Friday. The Rebels will be playing in front of their home fans against the Rams at 7:00 p.m. Riverside Academy will aim to continue their five-game streak of scoring more points each matchup than the last.

Riverside Academy is headed in fresh off scoring the most points they have all season. They blew past St. Martin's Episcopal 49-0 on Friday. The Rebels haven't had any issues with the Saints recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Meanwhile, everything came up roses for West St. John against Varnado on Friday as the team secured a 46-6 win. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won three contests by 32 points or more this season.

West St. John's win came from a few key players Riverside Academy will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Achtion Barnes, who threw for 309 yards and four touchdowns while completing 84.2% of his passes, and also rushed for 36 yards. Those 309 passing yards gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Kalon Gardner, who rushed for 115 yards and three TDs on only 13 carries.

Riverside Academy's victory bumped their record up to 6-1. As for West St. John, the win got them back to even at 3-3.
