Bluffton never got on the board in their matchup on Wednesday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against Battery Creek on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 15-9 margin over the Dolphins. Considering the Bobcats have won seven matchups by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Bluffton pushed their record up to 7-8 with the win, which was their third straight on the road. The team dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 10.3 runs. As for Battery Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 8-10.

Bluffton does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Battery Creek, they will square off against Beaufort at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. The Dolphins' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Eagles have averaged an impressive 7.8 runs per game this season.
