It was another big night for Mateen Rafiq, who scored 22 points along with seven rebounds and five assists. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last 11 times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Damien Rease, who scored nine points along with eight assists and four steals.
Weston Ranch pushed their record up to 16-3 with that victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 90.3 points per game. As for Linden, they have traveled a rocky road recently, as they've lost five of their last six contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 5-13 record this season.
