If the MaxPreps state rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Dedham. On Friday they take on Bellingham at Bellingham HS FB Field at 7:00 PM. Dedham will be hoping to build upon the 42-22 win they picked up against Bellingham the last time they played.
Last Friday, Dedham had a bit more than a touchdown to spare in a 29-20 win over Bishop Fenwick. The success made it back-to-back wins for Dedham.
Meanwhile, after a dominant victory in their matchup two weeks ago, Bellingham were humbled. They were completely outmatched, falling 6-42 to Canton. Bellingham were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 6-35.
Dedham's victory lifted them to 2-0 while Bellingham's loss dropped them down to 1-1. We'll find out if Dedham can add another positive mark to their record or if Bellingham can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Dedham's step.
