Dillon Christian took down Village Christian Academy 30-0 last week, the largest margin of any game. Kelvin Stackhouse ran for 194 yards and caught 1 pass for 21 yards in the win.
Trinity-Byrnes made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 9,528 from 10,873.
On the heels of Jim Carr and Stackhouse, the Warriors have had great success on offense. Carr leads the league in passing with 449 yards, while Stackhouse has rushed for 1,225 yards this season. Trinity-Byrnes' Bryson Davis leads the league in receiving yards with 175 on 6 catches.
Two of the top teams in SCISA A Region II will go toe-to-toe this week when Dillon Christian takes on Jared Amell's team. Christian Wolfe's team's offense has racked up 138 points this season, earning them the top spot in the league, while Trinity-Byrnes has allowed only 27 on the year.
One of the league's premier quarterbacks will go head-to-head with its top pass rusher when the Warriors and Trinity-Byrnes face off next week.
Next week's game between Dillon Christian and Trinity-Byrnes will feature a good passing match up as Carr will test his arm against Cameron Pease's defensive ability.
The Warriors are currently in fourth, while Trinity-Byrnes is in first.
The league will see a high scoring game when Dillon Christian and Trinity-Byrnes face off this week. The top two offenses in the league, the Warriors comes in having scored 138 this season, while Trinity-Byrnes has scored 133. Dillon Christian scored 30 points last week as it topped the Knights.
Williamsburg Academy led the league in scoring this week by notching 36 points on Holly Hill Academy.
