Basketball Recap: Aiden Salinas and Ac Carpentier Secure Win for London

There's no place like home for London, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They came out on top against the Aransas Pass Panthers by a score of 69-57 on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Pirates, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

London was led to victory by Ac Carpentier and Aiden Salinas. Carpentier went 7 of 11 from beyond the arc en route to 29 points and eight rebounds, while Salinas posted 25 points and eight rebounds. The dominant performance gave Salinas a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Maddox Jennings, who put up four points in addition to six rebounds and five assists.

London is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last seven games, which provided a nice bump to their 18-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.4 points per game. As for Aransas Pass, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 14-11.
