Red Bluff has enjoyed a three-game homestand but will soon have to dust off their road jerseys. They will wrap up 2023 with a road trip to face off against the Central Valley Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Hopefully Red Bluff focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 26 on Tuesday.
Last Tuesday, Red Bluff was able to grind out a solid victory over Anderson, taking the game 50-37.
Red Bluff's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Kayden Leaf, who scored 12 points, and Ryan Ross, who scored nine points along with six steals. Those six steals set a new season-high mark for him. The team also got some help courtesy of Carson Hall , who scored four points.
Meanwhile, Central Valley had to endure a 21-game losing streak dating back to last season, but that streak is no more. They breezed by Bethel Christian on the road to the tune of 53-20. With Central Valley ahead 35-10 at the half, the match was all but over already.
Red Bluff's victory bumped their record up to 4-9. As for Central Valley, their win bumped their record up to 1-11.
