Murray have been homebodies their last two matches, but they are heading out on Friday. They will take on Mormon Trail at 7:00 PM. Murray strut in flaunting some offensive muscle with an average of 30.25 points per game.
Things haven't been easy for Murray, and their contest last Friday only extended their streak of losses to three. They were completely outmatched, falling 12-77 to Southeast Warren.
Meanwhile, after a disappointing zero points in their last match, Mormon Trail made sure to put some points up on the board against Seymour/Moulton-Udell last Friday. Mormon Trail were the clear victor by a 54-28 margin over Seymour/Moulton-Udell. Mormon Trail were expected to win, but the margin was definitely larger than the state rankings had forecast.
Mormon Trail's win lifted them to 4-4 while Murray's defeat dropped them down to 3-5. We'll see if Mormon Trail's success rolls on or if Murray are able to steal their positive momentum.
