After soaring to 61 points the game before, Okoboji faltered in their game on Friday. They were given a punishing 0-41 defeat at the hands of Sioux Center. Okoboji's low-scoring defeat was the unsatisfying follow-up to their high-scoring outing the match before.
The loss dropped Okoboji's record to 2-3. The victory bumped Sioux Center's record up to 2-3.
Okoboji will be staying on the road next week, facing off against Rock Valley/Boyden-Hull. Sioux Center will stay at home against Sheldon at 7:00 PM. Sioux Center will be strutting in after a win while Sheldon will be stumbling in from a loss.
