Given St. Clairsville's advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio basketball rankings (they are ranked 235th, while Cambridge is ranked 627th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Meanwhile, Union Local didn't have too much trouble with Buckeye Local at home on Saturday as they won 71-52.
It was another big night for Dre Saunders, who scored 21 points along with six assists and six steals. He hasn't dropped below 15points for three straight games. Another player making a difference was Alex Moore, who scored ten points along with six assists and five steals.
St. Clairsville is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-4 record this season. As for Union Local, their victory bumped their record up to 11-3.
