There's no place like home for Eastside, who bounced back after a loss on the road on Thursday. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Fort Wayne North Side Legends a 15-0 shutout on Friday. The Blazers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by seven runs or more this season.

With the victory, Eastside broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 8-7. As for Fort Wayne North Side, their defeat was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-17.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Eastside will challenge East Noble at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Fort Wayne North Side, they will take on Fort Wayne Concordia Lutheran at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
