Dayton has struggled against North Valleys recently, as their matchup on Monday was their seventh consecutive lost matchup.
Kennidi Smith was Dayton's leading scorer, having posted six points. Smith also led the team in rebounds with five.
Dayton's loss dropped their record down to 0-1. As for North Valleys, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Dayton will head out on the road to face off against North Tahoe at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. North Valleys won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Virginia City at 6:00 p.m. on November 28th.
