The Chadwick Cardinals can now show off 12 landslide victories after their most recent contest on Tuesday. They put the hurt on School of the Ozarks with a sharp 59-37 victory. The win was just what Chadwick needed coming off of a 65-43 defeat in their prior match.
Loss or not, School of the Ozarks got some senior leadership from Lily Todd and Holland Houston. Todd scored 13 points along with five rebounds and five steals, while Houston. scored 11 points along with eight rebounds. Todd is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed two or more in the last three games she's played.
Chadwick has been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. As for School of the Ozarks, their loss ended a five-game streak of away wins and brought them to 14-5.
Chadwick didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 48-37 defeat vs. Walnut Grove on the 7th. School of the Ozarks has also already played their next matchup, a 43-36 loss against Classical on the 10th.
