If Hoosac wanted to avenge their loss from the last time they played Blair Academy, they should've done a better job of containing Ava Fajardo. The Bucs came out on top in a nail-biter against the Owls on Friday, sneaking past 52-50 thanks in part to Fajardo, who shot 54% from the field en route to 20 points. She has been hot, having also posted two or more steals the last seven times she's played.

Blair Academy has started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 56.0 points this season. As for Hoosac, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.
