Big Pine enjoyed a cozy 33-14 victory over Mammoth. This was payback for Big Pine, who suffered a 60-50 loss the last time these two teams met.
Big Pine found their leader in underclassman Noah Ericson, who scored 23 points. Another player making a difference was Wil Mairs, who scored 10 points.
Big Pine's victory bumped their record up to 1-0. As for Mammoth, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-1.
