Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Station Camp). They walked away with an 84-72 win over the Springfield Yellow Jackets on Tuesday. Given the Bison's advantage in MaxPreps' Tennessee basketball rankings (they are ranked 131st, while the Yellow Jackets are ranked 298th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Station Camp's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Seth Bailey led the charge by dropping a double-double on 20 points and ten boards. With that strong performance, Bailey is now averaging an impressive 8.1 rebounds per game. Ty Thurston was another key player, going 6 for 7 on his way to 16 points in addition to eight assists and three steals.

Station Camp is on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last ten contests, which provided a nice bump to their 11-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.5 points per game. As for Springfield, they are on a 12-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-14.

Station Camp will head out to take on Gallatin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. The timing is sure in Gallatin's favor as the squad sits on four straight wins at home while Station Camp has been banged up by three consecutive losses on the road. As for Springfield, they will host Northwest at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
