Scott Central's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jordyn Jones led the charge by scoring 9 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Azaeliyah Lyles, who scored 8 points.
Scott Central's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for French Camp Academy, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Scott Central will be playing in front of their home fans against West Lauderdale at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for French Camp Academy, they will head out on the road to face off against Sebastopol at 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.
