The Lewiston Tigers's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fourth straight loss. They were beaten by Pawnee City 65-30. Lewiston has not had much luck with Pawnee City recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
Lewiston's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tristen Ray, who scored seven points along with six rebounds and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Everett Bohling, who scored eight points along with three steals.
Lewiston's defeat dropped their record down to 5-10. As for Pawnee City, they now have a winning record of 7-6.
Lewiston will look to defend their home court on Friday against Sterling. As for Pawnee City, they will head out on the road to take on Exeter-Milligan/Friend on Friday.
