The Marsing Huskies walked away with  an   81-69  win over the Parma Panthers  on Friday thanks in part to  Ponce, who  went 10 of 23  on his way to 31  points in addition to five  assists and three  steals. His evening made it four games in a row in which  he has scored at least ten points.
 The team also got some help courtesy of  Dresden Wood, who  posted five points along with 11  boards and three  steals. He is  on a roll when it comes to  steals, as he's  now  grabbed two or more in the last seven games he's  played.
Marsing's victory bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Parma, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.
 Marsing will challenge Melba at 7:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. As for Parma, they won't have much time to rest: their next  game is against Vale  at 3:00  p.m.  on Saturday. Parma has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last three games.
