The Neshannock Lancers will take on the Apollo Ridge Vikings on Monday. Neshannock is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.
Neshannock is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup  on Thursday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand Burgettstown  a   15-0 shutout. The Lancers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won 15 games by six  runs or more this season.
 Addy Frye was a  major factor no matter where she played. She  struck out eight batters over  three innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits (and not a single walk). She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't  given up  more than two  walks in seven consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate,  going 1-for-2 with one  home run and three  RBI.

 In other batting news,  Miley Anderson was  incredible,  going a perfect 4-for-4 with two  triples, five  RBI,  and two  runs. Those  five  RBI gave  her a new career-high. Another player making a difference was  Gianna DeSalvo, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with three  runs, three  RBI,  and one  double.
 Neshannock  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 18  hits. That's the most  hits they've managed all season.
Meanwhile,  it was close, but  on Tuesday Apollo Ridge sidestepped Our Lady of the Sacred Heart for  a  9-8 win.
Like Neshannock, Apollo Ridge also got a great game from a two-way player:  Jocelyn Snyder. On the mound, she  didn't allow a single  earned run and  allowed only  one  hit while striking out nine over five innings pitched. Snyder was also solid in the batter's box,  getting on base  in three of her four plate appearances with one  run.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Madison Butler, who  went 2-for-4 with two  runs, one  triple,  and one  double.  Josalin McCauley was another key player,  going 1-for-3 with two  RBI and one  run.
 Neshannock pushed their record up to 19-0 with the  victory, which was their 24th straight  at home dating back to last season. Those  home  wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.6 runs on average over those games. As for Apollo Ridge, their victory bumped their record up to 11-4.
