Pflugerville Connally has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won seven contests by 20 points or more this season.
Leading Pflugerville Connally to victory were Makrista Dolphus and Ryland Reeves. Dolphus dropped a double-double on 20 points and 11 steals, while Reeves scored 31 points along with six assists and six rebounds. That makes it 15 consecutive games in which Reeves has scored at least a third of Pflugerville Connally's points. Another player making a difference was Jasmine Brady, who scored seven points along with nine steals and eight rebounds.
The victory makes it two in a row for Pflugerville Connally and bumps their season record up to 14-9. As for Bastrop, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 7-14.
Pflugerville Connally will head out on the road to challenge Pflugerville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Bastrop, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Elgin at 2:30 p.m. Hopefully Elgin focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 20 on Tuesday.
