With a playoff win on the line, Ganado rose to the challenge on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Three Rivers Bulldogs with a sharp 10-1 victory. The result was nothing new for the Indians, who have now won 12 contests by nine runs or more so far this season.

The win (which was Ganado's sixth in a row) raised their record to 14-10-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 0.5 runs on average over those games. As for Three Rivers, their loss ended a six-game streak of away wins and brought them to 20-8.

As of now, neither Ganado nor the Bulldogs have any future games scheduled.
