Burncoat found their leader in underclassman Jaiden Johnston, who scored 23 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Johnston has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Cheyton Marshall, who scored 13 points.
Burncoat's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for University Park, they are on a eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-9.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Burncoat will take on Doherty Memorial at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Doherty Memorial is coming into the contest on a three-game losing streak. As for University Park, they will look to defend their home court on Wednesday against Bay Path RVT at 6:30 p.m. Bay Path RVT is hoping to put an end to a four-game streak of away losses.
