Basketball Recap: Katzenbach School for the Deaf Drops Highest Score of Season Against Rhode Island School for the Deaf

Katzenbach School for the Deaf was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their tenth straight loss dating back to last season. They fell 47-35 to Rhode Island School for the Deaf. One positive for Katzenbach School for the Deaf, at least, is that this was the most points they've scored all season.

Howard Valentin was his usual excellent self, shooting 6-for-10 from beyond the arc and dropping a triple-double with 24 points, 11 boards, and 12 steals for Rhode Island School for the Deaf. The contest was Valentin's third in a row with at least 18 points. Another player making a difference was Michael Levesque, who posted 18 points and three steals.

Katzenbach School for the Deaf's defeat dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Rhode Island School for the Deaf, their victory bumped their record up to 8-10.
