Karsen Cherry was the offensive standout of the contest as she scored nine points along with eight rebounds and two blocks. Kendall Williamson was another key contributor, scoring 11 points along with eight rebounds.
Tuscola's victory bumped their record up to 5-11. As for Smoky Mountain, they bumped their record down to 6-11 with that defeat, which was their fourth straight at home.
