The match pitted two dominant players against one another in Baylor Wilks and Kingsley Ashley. Ashley had a great game and dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds. Meanwhile, Wilks did his best for the losing side, scoring 14 points.
Meanwhile, Sonora didn't have too much trouble with Buena Park at home on Wednesday as they won 65-51. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Sonora.
Fullerton dropped their record down to 10-15 with that loss, which was their third straight on the road. As for Sonora, they have been performing well recently as they've won 11 of their last 13 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 18-7 record this season.
