He has been consistent: he hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in six consecutive appearances. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with one run and one double.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Nathan Show, who went 3-for-4 with two RBI and one double. That's the most hits he has posted since back in March. Carson Brown was another key player, getting on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base and one run.
Berlin Brothersvalley's defeat dropped their record down to 2-6. As for Rockwood, their victory bumped their record up to 8-4.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Friday as neither team is afraid to steal.
