The Midtown Knights entered their tilt with the Johnson Knights with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. Midtown blew past Johnson 33-9. That result was just more of the same for these two, as Midtown also won the last time the pair played back in November of 2022.
Midtown's win on Friday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ezekiel Teffere, who threw for 268 yards and four touchdowns while completing 71.4% of his passes. The team also got some help courtesy of Traevan Jones, who picked up 101 receiving yards and a touchdown.
Midtown's victory bumped their record up to 5-5. As for Johnson, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6.
Midtown does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Johnson also has no future games currently scheduled.
