Last week wasn't at all kind to Crescent, but their most recent match may have softened the blow. They put the hurt on Oklahoma Christian Academy with a sharp 62-28 win. Crescent have a history of success against Oklahoma Christian Academy, winning their last head-to-head 62-28.
Crescent's offense came in ready to rumble, picking up 43 points in the first half. Oklahoma Christian Academy came up with 14 to make it 43-14 heading into the break. The Crescent defense stood its ground in the third quarter, giving up 8 and all but finishing the contest. The matchup pushed Oklahoma Christian Academy down to 1-2 and pulled Crescent up to the reverse at 2-1.
Both teams are staying within the conference for their upcoming matches. Next week Crescent take on Cashion at 7:00 PM. Oklahoma Christian Academy will look to defend their home turf against Minco at 7:00 PM.
