St. John Paul II won against Mashpee last Wednesday with 25 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Friday. The Lions put the hurt on the Martha's Vineyard Regional Vineyarders with a sharp 25-9 win. The victory continues a trend for the Lions in their matchups with the Vineyarders: they've now won five in a row.

St. John Paul II got a massive performance out of Addy McRae, who went 4-for-6 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and two runs. Lola Our was another key player, getting on base in five of her seven plate appearances with four runs, four RBI, and one triple.

St. John Paul II's win bumped their record up to 2-0.
