The Shadow Ridge Stallions won the last time they faced the Liberty Lions, and things went their way on Friday too. Shadow Ridge walked away with a 41-34 win over Liberty. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Shadow Ridge.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Shadow Ridge to victory, but perhaps none more so than Danica Lindemann, who scored 12 points along with 6 rebounds. Aalayah Ramirez was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with 5 rebounds and 3 steals.
Liberty's loss came despite strong showings from Ashley Briggs and Makenna Johnson. Briggs scored 11 points, while Johnson scored 10 points.
Shadow Ridge is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 6-3 record this season. As for Liberty, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-4-1.
Shadow Ridge will head out on the road to face off against Cesar Chavez at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Cesar Chavez has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games. As for Liberty, they will be playing at home against Mountain View at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
