Rio Hondo Prep's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Noah Penunuri, who rushed for 100 yards and a touchdown. Nate Curtis and his 91 yards on the ground were also a key factor in Rio Hondo Prep's victory.
Rio Hondo Prep's win bumped their record up to 11-1. As for Orange, their loss dropped their record down to 7-5.
Rio Hondo Prep will head out on the road to face off against Vista del Lago at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
