Washington took down Leake Academy 35-7 last week, the largest margin of any game. Landon Zepponi ran for 157 yards in the win.

Zepponi was a passing and rushing force as Washington topped Leake Academy. Zepponi's favorite target this week was Colton Haynes, who caught 2 passes for 52 yards.
Zepponi was the most successful running back in the league this week. Walker Coleman also contributed to the rushing game with 52 yards on the ground.
Nick Conley put up the best numbers through the air as Jackson Academy defeated St. George's. He had a total of 6 completions for 106 yards. Conley's favorite target this week was Duncan Maxwell, who caught 5 passes for 58 yards.
Haynes was the best wideout in the league this week as Philip Wasson's team beat the Rebels.
Madison-Ridgeland Academy's Caleb Shufelt and Zach McCraw have formed a dream team this season, leading MAIS AAA I District 1 in both passing and receiving yards. Shufelt has thrown for 388 yards this season, while McCraw has 5 catches for 123 yards. Maxwell from the Raiders leads the league in rushing with 321 yards.
The Generals made the biggest leap in the national rankings this week, rising to 4,607 from 5,489. The advance stemmed from a 35-7 victory over Leake Academy last week.
