Meanwhile, Calhoun City scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They blew past Houston 78-52. Calhoun City has made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 11 matches by 21 points or more this season.
Bruce's victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 5-16. As for Calhoun City, the win was the ninth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 18-8.
