If Pathway Christian were riding high  off their  82-62 takedown of Varsity Opponent last Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. Pathway Christian was dealt a  64-23 defeat at the hands of the Falcons on Monday. Pathway Christian has not had much luck with the Falcons recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
 Faith Christian's win  was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from   Carson Bivins, who  scored nine points along with four  steals.  Jonathan Harrison was another key contributor,  scoring six points along with two  steals.
 Pathway Christian has  not been sharp recently as the team's  lost seven of their last nine matches,  which put a noticeable dent in their 8-14 record this season. As for Faith Christian, the  victory was  the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-2.
 Both  teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Pathway Christian will take on the Mustangs at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Morning Star Academy is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road. As for Faith Christian, they will be playing at home against the Knights at 6:30  p.m.  on Tuesday. Unity Christian will have to bring their A-game into this one,  as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Illinois Rankings (they are ranked 760th, while the Falcons are ranked 334th).
