Leading La Costa Canyon to victory were Quinn Roth and Coby Herman. Roth threw for 255 yards and four touchdowns while completing 75% of his passes, while Herman gained 198 total yards and two touchdowns. Jackson Maggiore also helped out as he racked up 101 receiving yards.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. La Costa Canyon will venture away from home to square off against Del Norte at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for St. Augustine, they will head out to take on Poway at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
