After both having extra time off, the Douglas Tigers and the St. Anthony Saints will dust off their jerseys to face off against one another at 2:15 p.m. on December 27th. Both teams come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Douglas can finally bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game last Saturday. They managed a 43-38 win over Bishop Manogue.
Caden Thacker continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 14 points along with four steals. He also posted two blocks for the first time this season. Another player making a difference was Jeremiah Pitts, who scored 12 points.
Meanwhile, St. Anthony strolled past Centennial with points to spare on December 9th, taking the game 66-48.
Douglas' victory ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 2-8. As for St. Anthony, their win bumped their record up to 9-2.
