Tantasqua Regional moved up to 98 from 137 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Southern Worcester County - A. The Warriors were able to make the jump by beating Oxford/Sutton 38-0.
Northbridge extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Grafton Memorial, 28-21. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.
The Indians' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. Doug Oevermann threw for 17 yards and Connor Rynning had 16 yards receiving. On the ground Cody Munoz chipped in 151 yards. Dillon O'Brien helped Grafton Memorial's passing attack out by catching one ball for one yard.
On the ground, Shepherd Hill Regional's Brad Picard has rushed for 408 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Picard. The Shepherd Hill Regional star has two catches for 60 yards.
Tantasqua Regional took down the Pirates 38-0 last week, the largest margin of any game.
