Maddix Yeager made a big impact no matter where she played. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out eight over five innings pitched. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up a single earned run in five consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.
In other batting news, Stevensville got a massive performance out of Molly Davids, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. Jaidan Oyler was another key player, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with three stolen bases, four runs, and one double.

Stevensville's victory bumped their record up to 7-2. As for Beaverhead County, their loss dropped their record down to 6-2.
Saturday's matchup might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Stevensville has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .521.
