The Front Range Christian Falcons will square off against the Bishop Machebeuf Buffaloes at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The teams are on pretty different trajectories at the moment (Front Range Christian has five straight wins, Bishop Machebeuf has three straight defeats), but none of that matters once you're on the field.
Front Range Christian is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They blew past Estes Park 18-3 on Saturday. The Falcons might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by six runs or more this season.

The team relied heavily on Landon Deza, who got on base in all four of his plate appearances with five RBI, three runs, and one double. Those five RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Max Morton, who went 3-for-4 with five RBI, one run, and one double.
Front Range Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .594. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their OBP total in three consecutive matches.
Meanwhile, Bishop Machebeuf fell victim to Flatirons Academy and their airtight pitching crew on Wednesday. They took a 4-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Bison. Considering the last time the Buffaloes couldn't score was back in March, the team can't take the result too hard.
Bishop Machebeuf saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Jack Menke, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.
Front Range Christian's victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 10-5. Those home wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Bishop Machebeuf, their loss dropped their record down to 6-6.
The pitchers for both teams better look sharp on Tuesday as neither team is afraid to steal. Front Range Christian has been swiping bases left and right this season, having averaged 4.8 stolen bases per game. However, it's not like Bishop Machebeuf struggles in that department as they've been averaging an even more impressive 5.4 stolen bases. The only question left is which team can snag more.
Front Range Christian came out on top in a nail-biter against Bishop Machebeuf in their previous matchup back in April of 2024, sneaking past 12-11. Will the Falcons repeat their success, or do the Buffaloes have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
