After losing to the Seton Catholic Central Knights the last time they met, the Chazy Eagles decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. Chazy walked away with a 37-28 victory over Seton Catholic Central on Tuesday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Chazy.
Loss or not, Seton Catholic Central got some senior leadership from Aiden Pearl who dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 rebounds and Sam DeJordy who scored eight points along with seven rebounds. DeJordy scored a full 28.6% of Seton Catholic Central's points, the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
The win got Chazy back to even at 2-2. As for Seton Catholic Central, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-4.
Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Lake Placid the next time they take the court. Seton Catholic Central will host Lake Placid at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, while Chazy will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on January 4, 2024.
