Greeneview proved they can win big on Monday (they won by eight) and on Wednesday they proved they can win the close ones too. They won by a run and slipped past the Greenon Knights 11-10. The Rams haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Mya Simpson was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one double. She has been hot recently, having posted two or more stolen bases the last four times she's played. Another player making a difference was Rylie Battista, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one run and one RBI.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Greeneview kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 13 hits. They are 8-1 when they post 11 or more hits.

Greeneview pushed their record up to 11-7 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 16.0 runs over those games. As for Greenon, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-11.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Greeneview will venture away from home to face off against Mechanicsburg at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Greenon, they will head out to square off against Triad at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
