On Wednesday, Affton lost to Waterloo on the road by a decisive 43-28 margin.
Despite the loss, Affton still got an impressive performance from Melody Olesia, who dropped a double-double on 13 points and 10 rebounds. Olesia has been hot recently, having posted eight or more rebounds the last three times she's played.
Affton now has a losing record at 2-3. As for Waterloo, their victory bumped their record up to 3-4.
Affton will be playing at home against Jennings at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Waterloo will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Mater Dei at 5:30 p.m. on December 21st.
