Several Generals players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Aaliyah Watts, who scored seven points along with 11 rebounds. Emma Money was another key contributor, scoring five points along with two steals.
Even though they lost, Clarksville were working as a unit and finished the game with 12 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
Hauser's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Abby Manley, who scored 19 points along with two steals. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Manley has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Bella Kilps, who scored 11 points along with eight rebounds and six assists.
Clarksville has been struggling recently, as they've lost 12 of their last 13 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-15 record this season. As for Hauser, their victory bumped their record up to 6-15.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Clarksville will take on Eastern at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Eastern has now lost nine straight, and the team is hunting for their first win since December 5. As for Hauser, they will stay at home for another game and welcome Morristown at 7:30 p.m. on January 18th.
