The Harford Tech Cobras will be playing at home against the C. Milton Wright Mustangs at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Harford Tech will be strutting in after a victory while C. Milton Wright will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Thursday, in a tight game that could have gone either way, Harford Tech made off with a 17-16 victory over Edgewood. The victory was just what Harford Tech needed coming off of a 44-20 defeat in their prior match.
Harford Tech got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Karon Evans out in front who picked up 130 receiving yards and a touchdown. Evans was no stranger to the big play, lighting up the secondary with a catch that went for 67 yards. Jamaal Pearl jr was another key contributor, rushing for 86 yards and a touchdown.
Meanwhile, after a string of four wins, C. Milton Wright's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They fell 26-17 to Edgewood.
Harford Tech's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for C. Milton Wright, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 5-3.
