It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Rangeview can now relate to. They took  a  61-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Valor Christian Eagles on Thursday. The Raiders' defeat signaled the end of their undefeated season.
 Despite the  loss, Rangeview had strong showings from  LaDavian King, who  dropped  a double-double with 21  points and 11  boards, and  Marceles Duncan, who  posted seven points along with five  rebounds and four  steals. Duncan has been hot recently, having  posted four or more  steals the last four times he's  played.  Kenny Black-Knox was another key player,  putting up six points.
  Cole Scherer was  his usual excellent self,  dropping  a double-double with 39  points and 12  boards for Valor Christian. That's the most  rebounds  Scherer has posted since back in January. Another player making a difference was  Brady Wynja, who  put up seven points and seven  boards.
Having lost for the first time  this season, Rangeview  fell to 26-1. As for Valor Christian, they have  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won 16 of their last 17 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 23-4 record  this season.
 Rangeview does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Valor Christian, they will venture away from home to  square off against Eaglecrest  at 4:00  p.m.  on Saturday. One thing working in Valor Christian's favor is that they have posted at least 55  points  every time they've taken the court this season.
